Specific Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience, preferably as contract administration
• Having knowledge Supply Chain Management Regulation
• Having knowledge FIDIC Contract / International Federation of Consulting Engineer / International Construction Contract
• Good Leadership and Achievement Orientation
• Excellent communication skills both oral & Written in English
